I am officially six months into exclusively pumping for the second time, which means I feel qualified to give a true, long-term Momcozy M6 review.
This exclusive pumping journey has been so much easier than my first experience when I pumped for the twins for 11 months (you can read all about the tips I learned from that in my complete exclusive pumping guide here).
And while a lot of that comes from everything I learned on that journey, a huge part of it is because I found a wearable breast pump that completely changed the game for me.
In fact, I love it so much that I completely retired my Baby Buddha as my primary pump—which says a lot if you've read my previous pump review post and know how much I used to love it.
After six months of daily use, here's why I'll be using the Momcozy M6 as my primary pump for the rest of my pumping journey.
1. Excellent Battery Life
One of my favorite things about the Momcozy M6 is the battery life.
One charge typically lasts me two to three days. Granted, I'm only pumping three times per day now, but not having to constantly worry about charging is incredibly convenient. When you're exclusively pumping and already juggling a million things, one less thing to remember matters.
2. Lightweight and Actually a Wearable Breast Pump
I've tried several wearable breast pumps, and the Momcozy M6 is by far the lightest one I've used.
More importantly, it truly feels wearable.
The other day, I was able to pick up both of my twins at the same time while pumping. That was the moment I realized I needed to write an updated Momcozy M6 review because it is such a game changer for me.
I genuinely forget I'm wearing it sometimes, which is something I never thought I'd say about a breast pump.
3. It's Surprisingly Quiet
By the end of the day, I am usually completely touched out and overstimulated. Because of that, I often dread pumping.
Not with this pump.
Compared to other wearable pumps I've used, the Momcozy M6 has a gentle hum rather than the louder mechanical sound many pumps produce. That might not seem like a big deal, but when you've spent all day caring for babies and toddlers, less noise is always appreciated.
4. Higher Milk Storage Capacity
As an oversupplier, milk capacity matters.
The Momcozy M6 collection cups hold up to 6 ounces, which is a huge benefit for me. I'm able to pump longer without stopping to empty the cups, making this a great wearable pump for oversuppliers.
5. Comfortable Enough to Use Every Day
Comfort is one of the biggest reasons I've continued using this pump as my primary pump.
I don't experience pain while pumping, which is something I honestly can't say about the Baby Buddha or several other pumps I've tried.
Everyone responds differently to breast pumps, but for me, the Momcozy M6 has been one of the most comfortable wearable pumps I've used. Because of this, I get so many letdowns in a short amount of time.
6. Strong AF for a Wearable Pump
The suction on this thing is no joke.
The Momcozy M6 is a hospital-grade wearable breast pump, and it absolutely performs like one. Even at six months postpartum, I'm still getting excellent output with it.
For anyone wondering whether a wearable pump can fully replace a traditional pump, the answer for me has been yes.
7. The Pause Feature Is Underrated
This might seem like a small feature, but it's honestly one of my favorites.
If I need to pause to empty milk because I'm overflowing, the pump resumes exactly where I left off instead of restarting the entire session from the beginning like my Baby Buddha did.
As someone who routinely overfills collection cups, this feature alone has saved me a lot of frustration.
Final Thoughts: Is the Momcozy M6 Worth It?
After six months of exclusive pumping, I can honestly say that the Momcozy M6 has been my favorite wearable breast pump so far.
This post isn't sponsored. I purchased this pump myself, and these are simply my honest thoughts after using it daily for months.
If you're looking for the best wearable breast pump for exclusive pumping, the Momcozy M6 is absolutely worth considering.
You can purchase one here, although I highly recommend checking to see if your insurance covers it first.
